■ When not to use the product

1. This product should not be taken by the following persons.
　Children under 12 years old.
2. This drug should not be taken together with the following drugs:
　Other expectorants, cold medicine, sedatives, or internal medicines containing antihistamines (internal medicine for rhinitis, medicine for motion sickness, and medicine for allergies, etc.)
3. After taking this drug, do not drive a car or operate machinery (sleepiness may occur) .
4. Nursing women should either not take this medicine or stop nursing while taking this medicine.
5. Do not overdose or use for extended periods
■ Consultation
1. The following persons should contact a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation before administration.
　(1) Patients undergoing medical treatment from a physician.
　(2) Pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant.
　(3) The elderly.
　(4) Patients who have experienced allergic symptoms associated with drugs, etc.
　(5) Persons with the following symptoms:
　　Hyperthermia, urination difficulty
　(6) Those who have been diagnosed with the following:
　　heart disease，hypertension，diabetes，glaucoma，thyroid disease， respiratory dysfunction，obstructive sleep apnea syndrome，obesity
2. If the following symptoms are observed after taking this drug, these may be adverse reactions, so immediately discontinue the use of this drug, and show this document to your physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation.

The following serious symptoms may occur in rare cases. In such cases, immediately seek medical aid.

○ Aplastic anemia: Symptoms, such as bruises, nose bleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale appearance of skin and mucosa, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, becoming dizzy from feeling sick and blood in the urine, etc. may occur.
○ Agranulocytosis: Symptoms, such as acute high fever, chills and sore throat, etc. may occur.
○ Respiratory depression: May cause shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, etc.
3. The following symptoms may be observed after taking this drug. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue the use of this drug, and consult your physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
　Constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness
4. When symptoms do not improve even after taking the medicine 5 to 6 times, stop taking this medicine and consult a physician, pharmacist or registered salesperson, being sure to take this instruction leaflet with you.

Indication

Cough/phlegm

Dosage and administration

Take the following one dose after each meal and before bedtime.
Depending on the case, this medicine may be taken up to six times per day, but be sure to leave four hours in between doses.

12 to14 years old: 3.3mL: 4 times
Under 12 years old: Do not take

Precautions of Dosage and Administration

[1] Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.(Please use the enclosed measuring cup.)
[2] When allowing children to take the medicine, a guardian must be present to watch and tell such them how to take it.

Ingredient and amount

In 30mL
Dihydrocodeine phosphate: 30mg: Works at the root of coughs to alleviate coughing.
Trimetoquinol hydrochloride hydrate: 6mg: Opens bronchial tubes to make breathing easier and alleviate coughing.
Chlorpheniramine maleate: 12mg: Alleviates coughing caused by allergies.
Potassium guaiacolsulfonate: 270mg: Increases respiratory tract secretion and softens phlegm in the throat, easing its expectoration.
Kikyo extract: 105mg: Natural medication with anti-coughing and expectorant effect. Increases respiratory tract secretion, diluting phlegm and promoting the movement of bronchial tubes to expectorate phlegm.
Ophiopogon root extract: 500mg: Natural medication with anti-coughing and expectorant effect. Increases respiratory tract secretion, diluting phlegm and promoting the movement of bronchial tubes to expectorate phlegm.
Senega extract: 42mg: Natural medication with anti-coughing and expectorant effect. Increases respiratory tract secretion, diluting phlegm and promoting the movement of bronchial tubes to expectorate phlegm.
Perilla herb fluidextract: 021mL: Natural medication with anti-coughing and expectorant effect. Increases respiratory tract secretion, diluting phlegm and promoting the movement of bronchial tubes to expectorate phlegm.
Anhydrous caffeine: 62.5mg: Acts on the central nervous system to boost efficacy of other ingredients.

Precautions relating to ingredient and amount

● This medication is formulated with natural ingredients and may turn slightly cloudy, but efficacy remains the same.

Ca chloride, Na benzoate, paraben, alcohol, caramel, white sugar, saccharin Na, citric acid, pH adjuster, perfume (including vanillin, ethyl vanillin, glycerin, gelatin)

Precautions for storage and handling

[1] Store tightly sealed in a cool, low humidity place away from direct sunlight.
[2] Keep out of reach of children.
[3] Do not transfer the medicine to a different container. (It may lead to misuse or alter the quality of the drug. )
[4] Do not take the product after its expiration date.
[5] When closing the cap, make sure to wipe the mouth of the bottle clean of any liquid with a clean gauze, or similar. Closing the cap while there is still liquid makes opening the bottle difficult.
[6] The cap may be difficult to open because it contains sweeteners. In this case, soak the cap in warm water, then open.

[Advice to improve cough and sputum quickly ]
[1] Getting proper sleep and not overdoing yourself is the first step to healing. When outside, keep yourself warm and do not let your body temperature drop.
[2] Drink plenty of water. This eases expectoration and coughing.
[3] Make sure indoor air is clean. Additionally, warm up the room and create as much steam as possible, to prevent drying.
[4] Be sure to gargle. This relieves discomfort in the throat and eases coughing and phlegm expectoration.
