1. This product should not be taken by the following persons.
　Children under 12 years old.
2. This drug should not be taken together with the following drugs:
　Other expectorants, cold medicine, sedatives, or internal medicines containing antihistamines (internal medicine for rhinitis, medicine for motion sickness, and medicine for allergies, etc.)
3. After taking this drug, do not drive a car or operate machinery (sleepiness may occur) .
4. Nursing women should either not take this medicine or stop nursing while taking this medicine.
5. Do not overdose or use for extended periods(Feelings of fatigue or weakness may occur.)
■ Consultation
1. The following persons should contact a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation before administration.
　(1) Patients undergoing medical treatment from a physician.
　(2) Pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant.
　(3) The elderly.
　(4) Patients who have experienced allergic symptoms associated with drugs, etc.

　　Hyperthermia, urination difficulty

2. If the following symptoms are observed after taking this drug, these may be adverse reactions, so immediately discontinue the use of this drug, and show this document to your physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation.

Dosage and administration

Take the following one dose after each meal and before bedtime.
Depending on the case, this medicine may be taken up to six times per day, but be sure to leave four hours in between doses.

Adult (15 years old and over):10ml: 4 times
12 to14 years old:6.6ml: 4 times
Under 12 years old: Do not take

Precautions of Dosage and Administration

[1] Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.(Please use the enclosed measuring cup.)
[2] When allowing children to take the medicine, a guardian must be present to watch and tell such them how to take it.

Ingredient and amount

In 60ml
Dihydrocodeine phosphate: 30mg: Works at the root of coughs to alleviate coughing.
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride: 75mg: Opens bronchial tubes to alleviate coughing
Diphenylpyraline hydrochloride: 6mg: Alleviates coughing caused by allergies.
Potassium guaiacolsulfonate: 270mg: Increases respiratory tract secretion and softens phlegm in the throat, easing its expectoration.
Kikyo extract: 250mg: In addition to anti-coughing and expectorant effects, it also has anti-inflammatory action for relieving symptoms.
Cherry bark extract: 40 mg: By promoting bronchial motility, it soothes cough and makes it easier to expel sputum.
Senega extract: 100mg: Increases respiratory tract secretions, diluting phlegm and easing expectoration.Natural medication with anti-cough and expectorant effects.
Perilla herb fluidextract: 500mg: Natural medication with anti-coughing and expectorant effect. Increases respiratory tract secretion, diluting phlegm and promoting the movement of bronchial tubes to expectorate phlegm.
Anhydrous caffeine: 64mg: Acts on the central nervous system to boost efficacy of other ingredients.

Precautions relating to ingredient and amount

● This medication is formulated with natural ingredients and may become slightly cloudy, but efficacy remains the same.

Ca chloride, Na benzoate, paraben, alcohol, caramel, sucrose, saccharin Na, citric acid, pH adjuster, perfume (including l-menthol)

Precautions for storage and handling

[1] Store tightly sealed in a cool, low humidity place away from direct sunlight.
[2] Keep out of reach of children.
[3] Do not transfer the medicine to a different container. (It may lead to misuse or alter the quality of the drug. )
[4] Do not take the product after its expiration date.
[5] When closing the cap, make sure to wipe the mouth of the bottle clean of any liquid with a clean gauze, or similar. Closing the cap while there is still liquid makes opening the bottle difficult.
[6] The cap may be difficult to open because it contains sweeteners. In this case, soak the cap in warm water, then open.

[Advice to improve cough and sputum quickly ]
[1] Getting proper sleep and not overdoing yourself is the first step to healing. When outside, keep yourself warm and do not let your body temperature drop.
[2] Drink plenty of water. This eases expectoration and coughing.
[3] Make sure indoor air is clean. Additionally, warm up the room and create as much steam as possible, to prevent drying.
[4] Be sure to gargle. This relieves discomfort in the throat and eases coughing and phlegm expectoration.
