● It is an anti-allergic medicine that combines chlorpheniramine maleate with antihistaminic activity and dl-methyl ephedrine hydrochloride with vasoconstrictive action, and extract of inchinko-to which is effective for hives.
Precautions
■ When not to use the product
(If you do not follow these instructions, the current symptoms may worsen or adverse reactions/incidents are more likely to occur. )
1. This drug should not be taken together with the following drugs:
Other allergy medicines, internal medicines containing antihistamines (cold remedy, antitussive expectorant, oral medicine for rhinitis, motion sickness medicine, etc.)
2. After taking this drug, do not drive a car or operate machinery (sleepiness may occur) .
3. Do not overdose or use for extended periods
■ Consultation
1. The following persons should contact a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation before administration.
(1) Patients undergoing medical treatment from a physician.
(2) Pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant.
(3) Nursing women.
(4) The elderly.
(5) Patients who have experienced allergic symptoms associated with drugs, etc.

2. If the following symptoms are observed after taking this drug, these may be adverse reactions, so immediately discontinue the use of this drug, and show this document to your physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation.

○ Agranulocytosis: Symptoms, such as acute high fever, chills and sore throat, etc. may occur.
○ Mesenteric phlebosclerosis: Abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal bloating, etc. may occur repeatedly after long-term use.
3. The following symptoms may be observed after taking this drug. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue the use of this drug, and show this document to your physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation.

4. When symptoms do not improve even after taking the medicine 5 to 6 times, stop taking this medicine and consult your physician, pharmacist or registered salesperson, being sure to take this document with you.

Dosage and administration
Take the following single dose after meals.

[2] How to Dispense Tablets
Using your finger, push the convex portion of the PTP sheet containing capsules to break the aluminum foil on the back.(Can lead to unforeseen consequences such as piercing the esophageal mucosa if mistakenly swallowed. )
Ingredient and amount
In 3 tablets
Chlorpheniramine maleate: 12mg: Antihistamine action is effective for allergic diseases such as hives and eczema.
dl-Methyl ephedrine hydrochloride: 36mg: It works on sympathetic nerves and contracts capillaries, thereby relieving itching caused by hives, eczema, etc.
Inchinko-to extract: 160mg: It is an ingredient consisting of 3 kinds of herbal medicines (Inchinko, gardenia fruit, rhubarb) that have an effect on hives

Precautions for storage and handling

[Advice to get better quickly ]
[1] When hives occur with food, try not to take that food. Try to have a balanced diet, avoid hot spices, and eat easily digestible food.
[2] Do not cover the affected area. Doing so may cause suppuration, etc. and worsen symptoms.
[3] Take a lukewarm bath. Itching may become stronger when taking a hot bath.
[4] Arrange your bowel movements. It is important to excrete the causative food. Also, be careful not to irritate the digestive system as gastrointestinal disorders such as diarrhea may cause hives.
